I know I know it's been so long since I added to this. I had great intentions on keeping this up, but well it just hasn't gone as planned;)
So here's the latest in our lives. Eric as you can see is growing and becoming such a big kid. He loves our tree in our front yard and is now climbing and jumping out of it. I am now officially scared for his life:) But boys will be boys right? He is so much energy still, but such a lover too. Out of the blue I will always hear "I love you mom" or get a great big hug and kiss! He is such a sweet boy! He's turning 4 next month. I can't believe it. I am totally going to treasure this next year that I have home with him.
Dustin is 5 and half months! I can't believe it. I'm really sad about it actually. I can't seem to get him to stop growing. He is now rolling over constantly! Only problem is he rolls onto his stomach all the time in his bed so he'll wake up crying because he's stuck and he hates to be on his belly! It's kind of funny:) One way he is totally like Eric is he doesn't like to be still!! He doesn't want to just sit on your lap. He wants to stand all the time! He loves his little exasaucer and will stay in there forever!! I think it makes him feel less vulnerable to Eric invading his space:) He is a GREAT baby!! Sleeps 10 to 12 hours at night. Many naps still and just laughs and giggles all the time! I love this kid so much!!
So I had my birthday recently and it was the best birthday ever! I got to go on a date to Papa Bros. Steakhouse. It was so yummy!! Yes I ate a steak! And I loved it:) Then Chris took me to a bed and breakfast for the weekend. It was so wonderful. My sister Melyssa flew in to see me. A complete surprise!! She kept the boys for us so we could enjoy our time away!! So sweet of her.
While Melyssa was here we went to the circus! Here's Melyssa with Dustin. I think she totally fell in love with him. But it's hard not too:)
Our family
So I'm working on starting cereal with Dustin. He's not too sure of what he thinks about it. Eric Loved it and had no problem eating it. Dustin seems to be just satisfied with milk! But we'll keep trying. He doesn't really need to be eating it til 6 months so I have a little bit before I really need to work on it with him!
So Eric fell while running and playing in the water! He busted his lip and knocked his tooth loose! The tooth is still hanging on but he could loose it anyday now. We acutally go back to the dentist today for them to take another look at it and see how it's doing. We all just kept telling him he was going to look like a real hockey player now:) Poor baby!
